If I am in between sizes, what size should I order?
We always recommend sizing up to the next full size. For example, if you're a 6 1/4, we would recommend ordering a size 7.
My buffr is very tight on my finger. Is that normal?
No, your buffr should not be uncomfortable to wear at all. It should not cause any pain or discomfort. If it does, it should not be worn. Please either return or exhange for a larger size.

Will buffr fit if I wear more than 2 bands?
This really depends. We do have a variety of clients that wear buffr with three bands and it works well for them. If it does not work for you and your bands, we are happy to take a return.

My buffr spins around... is that normal?
You may need to size down. However, I would keep in mind that you never want it to be too tight or uncomfortable to wear. You may be in between sizes and have a little extra space that is causing it to move.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. We offer free exchanges, and we do charge a $3 handling fee for a return.
